“Great competition tonight at White Knights! The two owners went head to head doing the "Elizabeth" workout. Even in my best years I wouldn't have held a candle to these two guys. Will go again next time I'm in town. These guys are amazing.”

“In Devils Lake for the weekend, so i popped in for a day pass. Equipment for cardio, weight training and CrossFit. The gym is great, as were the staff , extremely clean and the sauna was perfect! I'll be back next time i am through for sure.”
