Check charging system popped up on my wife’s vehicle so we brought it there to have the electrical system diagnosed to determine whether it was the battery or the alternator. Unfortunately they told us they don’t have that anymore? Even though it says it in big letters on there front window. The staff were very nice about it and still ran the vehicle for diagnostic codes.

I recently switched from my regular auto parts store to Oriely. This is why. This store offers more products. Has better service a much cleaner store.

Do not trust this store’s “you have a Bad Battery” report unless you see it for your self. Ask for print out. Especially if you come in with an interstate brand battery. They know the core return is higher and don’t tell you. Taking advantage of small town trust is not cool.

I typically love this place however I have purchased a couple of batteries here now and they don't seem to last long at all and they are over priced for the quality, I don't recommend these batteries.
