Forget about getting your package delivered on time with USPS, four late packages throughout the last 3 years. Including one that went missing for 3 DAYS and was luckily found after filing a complaint.
Most recent time I actually went to go and get a package at the post office, I was told by the clerk at the front desk "we'll were working short handed and I can only offer you a job here, then maybe you could get your package on time". HUH!?
That how you treat your customers?! Can't even pick up my mail now without dealing with a snobby attitude from one of your workers.

DL USPS used to be THE DL USPS. Now, the postmaster has lost control of her employees. The supervisor refuses to deliver packages. Don't go in to the office....if they don't want to do their job they will tell you to leave or they will call the police. I was not rude but I was not nice ( I do have it recorded so I'm good)

Poor, poor service. Our packages were thrown by a summer cabin in front of our house. We had to dig them out of the snow after the company notified us they were delivered. Went on vacation and didn't get our mail delivered. Had to pick it up so we got it 3 days later.

Pay to get packages delivered but half the time I have to go pick them up. Worst service ever. Also have to wait in line forever to get to window, they are so slow

AWESOME Very proud that this is our hometown postal team. Everything on time and in most cases early.Been using post office for christmas needs always and would not ever change. Merry Christmas to all employees that helped be my SANTAS. Thank you and you do excellant work
