Chasey was really down to earth I was way older than her, but seemed like she had an old spirit she joked around had a good time. Experience was overall the best I’ve had in the six years of service at that store so thank you for your great customer service.

I had a fantastic experience at the Verizon Wireless store in Dickinson, ND! I actually received a call from them that was perfectly timed, as I needed to stop by anyway to add a line to my account.
I was helped by the sales representative, Joshua, and he was outstanding. He was super helpful, genuinely friendly, and curious without being too pushy. He gave me a lot of good information about my options and helped me complete everything I needed—adding the line—fast and smooth.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for service or upgrades to go see Joshua at the Dickinson Verizon store!
