Friendliest Boot Barn Ive been in to date. We were greeted by all employees when we walked in. Was looking for some steel toe boots and Miss Tiffany delivered top notch help. She is kind, listens and is very knowledgeable, she upsold and knocked it out of the park. We were thanked for our purchase and sent with great vibes. Cant wait to be back, give that girl a raise yall🙌🏽

When I entered the store it appeared as though I was the only one in the building I couldn’t find an associate anywhere. Finally when I saw someone I still didn’t get any help, I was looking for an outfit for an event that was happening at the cowboy hall a fame. It was highly recommended that Boot Barn was the place to go. After my experience leaving empty handed with no assistance, I could not understand why I was told this was the place to shop. I informed the ladies about my experience there recently and they said a few other members have experienced this as well. Bad news travels fast will not shop at this location again.

Don’t bother. Employees are only there to ring you up and have fun with their friends. Looked at shoes for over 10 minutes and not a can i help you. And they seen me. What a joke guess ill spend the $300 elsewhere

A pleasant experience going to this store.
Arianne and Dorothy are good at what they do and made us feel welcome and of course sent me home to Saskatchewan with a pair of boots.

We overheard the manager (?), insinuate that we were going to steal the boots he was trying on. Totally shocked, we mentioned it directly to the associate and the person that made the comment. Her response was, she wanted to know who the tennis shoes belonged to (left in the boots section), otherwise they would be thrown in the trash -we were the only people in the store. Both of us overheard the exact conversation (ear piece volume was audible), and that was not what was said. She continued to lie, and no apology or explanation was given. We did purchase the boots. We were both so disappointed with the treatment received and wanted to return and purchase elsewhere. This style wasn't available online nor around our area. This will be the last $218 The Boot Barn will ever receive from us. We both are proud to work in the oil field and be apart of this community. We will definitely warn others in our field to stay clear of this establishment, it's definitely not worth the harassment and humiliation.

Very pushy employees. Like stand over the top of you while shopping. Also, the women’s section of clothing is lacking. 75% of the store is for men. They had the men Ariat jacket I wanted but not the women’s version of it.

Got me a new hat here for when I take my ole lady out for steak night, down at the legion. I wear a long oval hat and they actually had some in stock. Really nice staff. I appreciate the help.
