    Was called while I was at the airport for the departing flight that they had to cancel my reservation because they had no cars. Blamed it on their District Manager not shutting off rentals. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Needed to complete an exchange, showed up at 10pm and no employee ever showed up.

    Left me and a few others customers without cars. They ended up going with the competitor and my issue is still unresolved.

    This location is a joke.
