I rent from Hertz literally all over the country without too many complaints, except this location. I know it is a small community and airport, but that excuse only goes so far. Published hours are meaningless. Customer service from the local manager is inept. If you are trying to rent a car and not on an incoming flight, good luck. They only service there counter around a couple flight times a day and if the flight is delayed or canceled they don't show up at all.

I booked the car and went there only to find out they are not even open. Very unprofessional. They don’t value our time and money! I will never again book with hertz!

Nice staff and car. If going somewhere cold in the winter, even though early forecast shows good weather, just get the AWD or 4WD. Wish I had!

When I arrived at this counter, my keys and rental packet were waiting for me. I have never had such efficient service. Melissa, who worked the counter, also gave us tips for things to see and places to eat in the area. A great experience for us weary travelers.

Melissa was awesome in helping us to get a nice SUV to drive home to Kalamazoo Michigan. We had to exchange vehicles due to the Hertz in Kalamazoo Michigan putting us in a cargo van that was beyond filthy and the cargo door did not close all the way. We froze on the way to North Dakota due to the cargo door not securely closing. No way did they inspect or clean this vehicle before they put my family in it. I highly recommend the Dickinson Hertz. Will never rent from Hertz in Kalamazoo. Melissa went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Sparking clean vehicle.

Would give it a zero if possible. Website states they are there from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They NEVER answer the phone, NEVER return a message and now my boss is sitting there needing a car and no one is at the counter. How do they even stay in business!!!!!!

Why this place even exists only lord knows been waiting here for an hour to pick up a vehicle that was scheduled to pick up and the put of office sign has been up as if it never was ever taken down will not ever rent here again.
