“The staff tonight (4/24) was able to go the extra mile and resolve a prescription issue, and then further proceed to fill the prescription after I noticed it was past closing for them. I felt bad but they worked fast! Steve was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain things to me. (it also was totally new to have a pharmacist genuinely want to counsel me and pay attention to what I’m going through) It was a small gesture that really made my day. They didn’t have to do all of that, but they did. Thank you 🥺🩷”

“After several issues with old pharmacy I had been going to,several people suggested switching to ND pharmacy. I wish I would have switched a long time ago. I have not had a single problem like I did at the other place. Everything gets sent in the way it's supposed to. it's been ready when I get there . No issues with insurance and things getting covered. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I've had to call to ask questions about a few things and everyone has always been happy to help and answer any questions. I have a lot of medical issues and it has been a huge relief to not have issues with getting medications I need . It's hard enough being sick without added problems not being able to get medicines u need. So I'm so thankful I switched ! Highly recommend. Thank u nd pharmacy ??”

“Im from a bigger city with only chain pharmacies. I’m used to waiting 2-3 hours or 1-2 days for routine medicines after pestering and requesting over and over. Not here! And heads up, when you call their number, A REAL PERSON ANSWERS!! I always brag how insane it is that I can have my prescriptions sent over and ready by the time I leave my appointment. They are on it always, super sweet and not judgmental. They stay going the extra mile!! Awesome team here.”

“I honestly cannot even put into words how absolutely amazing these staff are. ALL BUT ONE.
I have only had one slightly bad conversation with a lady over the phone, and I was very polite and needed a basic question answered. She was very rude.
However, I now know who that individual is and refuse her help, and do not interact with her unless I absolutely to.
Now all that aside, all the other staff are completely amazing. They receive my prescriptions promptly, and I my meds are always ready by the time I come to pick them up. Service with a smile and genuine small talk goes along way. Had any of these staff ever make a mistake in the future I would completely understand because somethings are out of their control. I am a very patient and understanding person and know the world doesn't revolve around me solely. I know they'll would do everything within their power to correct any issue in a prompt and polite manner.
