We were in North Dakota to pick up my father-in-laws truck and boat/trailer after his death. We were all hooked up and ready to start the trip back to North Carolina- NO LIGHTS on the trailer!!! We called and explained the situation to Casey, he told us to come right away. He fixed the wiring housing on the truck, then went ahead and switched out the trailer lights (that we had with us to replace when we got home). We left with everything working properly to safely get us on the road. We are extremely happy with service provided!

Casey was fantastic. I was on vacation to Theodore Roosevelt National Park and my alternator died. I called and explained the situation, Casey was able to get me in immediately and after first trying to repair the alternator, he found a replacement and had me out the door in a few hours. He explained everything along the way, even showing me the parts that went bad, and made a scary situation into only a slight delay in our plans. Thank you!

This company name has been around for years and years, the original guy was the best and created a great name. He has since retired and new owner runs under rays name and has gotten “too big”to help with the little things. After spending money there since the 90’s, because he is too good to work on something unless it pays out to him largely, he will no longer get any money from me or my family.Services: Electrical

My active duty military daughter and her active duty military friend were on their way back home(base) from spending the holidays with their families on the East Coast when the Jeep Wrangler my daughter just bought 2 weeks ago broke down on the highway(94), they called several service stations for help and everyone kept telling them they couldn’t get to them today! They finally called Rays said if they could get towed to the shop they would wait on them to repair the Jeep and get them back on the road! They replaced their alternator and had them back on the road in less than 3 hours(from time of brake down) it only took them an hour to replace the alternator and my daughter said they were very friendly and respectful! Being the fact that we were 20 hours away and they were still 20 or so hours away from their home I am so grateful and would highly recommend Ray’s!!!Services: Auto battery replacement

The mechanics at rays auto electric were phenomenal! We were driving across country when our jeeps alternator gave out. We were having trouble with finding a tow truck and they offered to wait for us. They took us in that same day and had us out the door an hour later. Casey and his team went above and beyond to assist me with a bad alternator. While returning back to Minnesota on a roadtrip, I was stuck in Dickinson ND for 3 days cause my alternator went out. Casey got me in after I called and explained my situation. Any auto electric issues that you have, especially alternator problems, they are the only shop I would go to in Dickinson! Thanks again guys! 10/10!
