“Excellent service, prompt, good price on tires. Had them install TPMS sensors to wheels with tires already mounted on them. The young gentlemen in the back are careful if you ask politely. They're one of the only places in town you can trust not to damage/scratch bare forged aluminum rims.”

“The staff here were fantastic. They replaced one of my tires and inspected the remaining tires, including the spare. They could have easily tried to oversell me on tires but didn't. That's honesty at its finest. Even the other customers were great. Mark, I think he was the service manager, made recommendations on where to travel next. He recommended Spearfish and he was right on the money with his recommendation. John, a customer, was a former long haul trucker but only did locally now, was so pleasant. We talked about how when I park overnight at WalMart the truckers tend to take notice if me in my RV and will sort if park around me as if to offer protection. I appreciate that kindness. Overall a fantastic crew and customers.”
“While out of state bird hunting we found ourselves with a slow leak. More than one place in town couldn't get us in, or asked that we leave our truck and dog trailer (with 10 dogs) with them. Within 30 minutes George's had us back on the road. Exemplary service and pricing. Highly recommended!!”

“We brought our son up to Dickinson to college-5 hours from home. As we were gassing up to leave, we realized there was not just one, but two nails in out tire! It was almost noon on Saturday, and every tire shop in town was shutting down for the day. Not only did NW Tire fit us in, they didn’t charge us for the repair.
You don’t see that every day! Thank you!!”
“We were staying 3 nights in Dickinson in our RV. Late on the 3rd night we found we had a flat tire. Since it was Saturday, we had to stay another night to get into this Goodyear store. We arrived 30 minutes before opening since we had no appointment. Amazingly, the door was open and an associate greeted me and asked how she could help.
When I explained we were trying to get home to Ohio, she had a technician take a look right away. He found that we only needed a new valve stem. He replaced the stem and we were on our way - all before the shop opened at 8am!
We cannot thank the amazing employees of this store enough. It is so heartening to find people who genuinely care about customers and obviously their business as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!”

But he made time to see me during his busy schedule and even offered to help me at a later date when order my obsolete tire size and come back ??”
