“A great experience that made things so much better after our truck broke down.
Picture this: It was 4:45 pm on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day. Our truck had an engine problem in the small town of Medora, ND, where there were no auto repair or towing services. We found a repair shop to take the truck to in Dickenson, over 40 miles away.
Cory from Jeff’s towing came promptly from Dickenson and took our truck, us, and our dog to the repair shop 40 miles away where the truck was dropped off. He also gave us a ride to the car rental place we had contacted.
Cory was very professional and kind, and Jeff also contacted us to be sure all was being taken care of. I hope not to need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I’d like them to be this caliber of company.”
