I've made multiple attempts going through UPS to change my shipping address. Chatted with a live Rep who said it was taken care of. Learning it wasn't. Caled again and using the UPS My Choice App. Nothing changed except being charged 19.95 for trying to change my delivery address that didn't work.

This is such a poorly managed facility. An overnight order sat in a trailer in Fargo for the last 4 days. The shipper was notified it was an overnight food order before the weekend, area supervisor assured us of Saturday delivery and as of Monday the package is still sitting in Fargo; updated delivery for Tuesday delivery. Finally Delivered, 5 days late with clear packaging indicating it was a perishable item. The sender fulfilled their professional obligations, UPS is 100% to blame.

After using UPS for years, I gotta say they've REALLY gone downhill. First, I had a package with my daughters birthday presents in it showing "out for delivery" ALL DAY, but then that night and the whole next day (which was a friday) it said my packaged was delayed. Never found out why! But then the next day (Saturday) its telling me my package may be lost. It finally showed up the following Tuesday. Now I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but halfway through the day it tells me it can't be delivered because they need additional address information... Since when??? So I call them AGAIN to fix the address and was then told my package would be delivered the next day, (Saturday).. But guess what never showed up Saturday? I'm very frustrated about being lied to. I would also like to know why they suddenly don't have my correct address information, when I've been receiving packages from them for YEARS? Do better UPS.

Nov 23, 2021. Delivery driver really decided to throw my package which it was something expensive. Apparently when I opened it, the metal piece from the collar fell off and need to get a new one because of UPS. Worst Experience Ever! I prefer FedEx.Never had a problem with FedEx at all.!

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE.I am pretty easy going and very understanding and I’ve very rarely (maybe twice in my life) have ever written a review. But this is getting very frustrating to continually get packages delivered to the wrong place. I don’t know if whoever is rushing and not reading street signs or packages correctly but when you pay good money for something, it’s very annoying that Dickinson UPS keeps repeatedly delivering to the wrong place and risking somebody, who is dishonest, keeping your package. Do better.

Where should I even begin?First a package wasn't delivered 3 days in a row. On the 3rd day, UPS knocked on my door and as I answered I watched the delivery driver run off to his truck. Even when I yelled wait he kept going and drove off. Then, I decided it would be easier to just pick it up but I wish I never attempted that. Only open for 2 AND A HALF HOURS A DAY. RIDICULOUS!!! Why on earth do I have to go through so much hassle to just receive a package?!?! And it won't let me change it back to delivery!

Tiffany was extremely helpful, assisted in tracking 3 separate packages and assured all three would be delivered to the correct address in a small apartment complex. Thanks for all your assistance. A true company employee!

UPS Dickinson ND is the worst! For the sixteenth time you have delivered to the wrong address! Same number not the same street! Do they not teach you Avenue versus Street or do they think you should be smart enough! Either way I have the easiest address in this town and I feel sorry for the ones that don’t! Get it together!! 1 star is too much!!
