Worst experience ever. They constantly lose packages and have no accountability. I’ve been here six times for the same recurring problem, and the staff couldn't care less. Save yourself the headache and use a different carrier if you actually want your mail to arrive.

my package was originally shipped from Dickinson, ND to Thailand. However, the tracking shows it went to Bismarck and then back to Dickinson again. I’m a bit confused about why it was sent back.

Shitty, hate going threw them with packages never have more of a problem with a mail delivery service then them overall everyone is lazy.
