I've been here a few times and have been disappointed each time by how rude the receptionists are and how long they make you wait. Used to like the vet they had there before. After that vet left, I stopped going here. Makes me wonder why that vet left. Have heard some things about the current vet though that would make me never return or entrust my animals to her. Many of the good reviews online are from 4-6 years ago and things can change a lot in that amount of time. And they have.

Called to ask about my dogs records they needed to contact the previous owner and they were quick to call and when they got the ok they sent them over this was all done within an hr

There is an older vet there and I always get the older male vet he doesn't really seem like he knows what he is doing. He dug around in my cats back leg for 5 minutes to find a vein. The first time I made an appointment and showed up they had accidentalstressful mine because another Stephanie Johnson had cancelled. It was hard enough to get my pets there with 2 kids in tow, having that happen on top of it was just atressful.
