I came in the store and told mgr Michelle that I needed to return a damaged product, with a receipt. She said absolutely not in a very rude way, said I could have damaged it. I asked her name and she told me it wasn't any of my business (I heard someone say her name as I walked away), I asked who her boss was, she told me she didn't know, I asked for a district mgrs phonenumber and a store number, she told me she didn't know phone number and wrote down 123456 as the store number. She cursed at me when I said DG would be able to return to manufacturer for credit and then proceeded to follow me around the store as my husband and I shopped, literally watching us. I was humiliated beyond measure and in no way did I deserve to be treated so poorly just because I purchased a defective item. The young man that checked us out (she was outside yelling at her boyfriend for greeting me so couldn't do her job), was amazing. So that tells me she didn't train this young man because she is his polar opposite.

Best shopping experience I have ever had at a Dollar General thanks to the worker there Judah! It was a slow Tuesday afternoon when I went in to just buy some laundry detergent. I ended up in Judah's line. As I was loading up my items, a bunch of crazy pirates came through the door. These pirates had no good intentions. They began kidnapping every customer in the store to force them to be janitors on their pirate ship. Judah was not having it though. He fought off all the pirates, multiple at a time actually. He wasn't gonna let any of these pirates get their way. They did manage to get me on to their ship, but Judah came to my rescue by acrobating his way on to the pirate ship. He took a canon ball to the chest too like it was nothing. This dude looked like Zoro from One Piece, fighting herds of pirates with multiple swords. He managed to free me, and blow up the ship as he brought me into the store to finish the transaction. Best Dollar General employee of all time!
