“Brian at the Grand Forks Air Force Base in Grand Forks county ND exceeded expectation in customer care to and for me today!! I was on the hunt for a box of collard greens for Thanksgiving on Thursday and not o my did he sell me a box of greens, but he separated them and put them in two different boxes so they were not squished and he made sure that the ice they are packed in for shipment was shaken off. This is customer/guest service that deserves not only recognition but a shoutout to how we should be humaning (new word) in general. I am beyond thankful and Brian just helped my day and holiday extra special!!
