“I needed to replace the coach batteries in my RV and they were in a location within the engine compartment that required more physical strength than I am capable of to lift them in and out. The first person I asked said that wasn't a service you guys offered but Tyler said, "No problem, let me get my tools." He spent about a half an hour installing the batteries and seemed genuinely happy to help. I would have liked to tip him but I had no cash and I have a feeling he would have refused it anyway. You don't find customer service like this anymore so whatever you're paying him - he deserves more. Absolute gem.”
