Driver in Island park Idaho 11/4/21 driving erratic speeding almost rear ended me swerving into the oncoming lane in a no passing zone, drove through Last Chance area ,45 mph zone, at 60mph or more passing traffic using the left turn lane.

Funny how this is the address in North Dakota. When all business aspects are done at a building in East Grandforks, Mn. Not sure how that works. Or sure why he charges w2 employees $8 to send in all paperwork by payday for FedEx Express. Or if that is even legal.
