It was ok. Skeleton crew so no one to really help. Took a bit to find what I was looking for but found what I needed. They have self check out. It was quick. 1 check out counter. And she was busy explaining things to customer. My honest opinion is these self check outs has pros and cons. When you have these sc-outs no customer and store employee interaction. Also makes store employees lazy. Like me for instance looking for someone to help no one around. Why 1 employee and 1 manger was all I seen. Both were up at check out. No one walking the floor. Want a good review have employees walk the floor and if they see someone that looks like they need help, help!
Sheves were a little spares on product. Overall store was clean. No clutter in isles. Just lacked customer service.

I wish there is less than one star evaluation for their photography service. I had a very terrible experience with this store in having passport photos copies. If you wish to have good looking with high quality photos and decent after purchase service DON’T GO THERE.
They will ask you to do the photos again (which coats $16.99) if you want to have extra one copy

I came in the store and looked for shampoo. A team member came over and helped me find what I needed as I was having trouble finding it. SHe then directed me to the other items I needed across the store but didn't want help finding. I had help checking out by avery cheerful and helpful person. I had a very nice experience at the store.

Pharmacy. Had an afternoon doc appt for my child, it’s later on waiting on altru labs and doc places the order with CVS 6:15 as it’s a positive strep result and they’re open till 7pm, I drop everything to get there in time, patiently wait in line only be told, sorry we close in 5min, so come back in the morning… that’s 5min that you’re STILL OPEN, there’s no one else behind me at this time. Really felt let down because if I had this medicine it could have given us a jump start to help, but apparently they had better things to do. I get it, but if your intent is to just shut down prior to closing time, then do it and reflect that in your operating hours.

This pharmacy is truly AMAZING! Emily shines and is always helpful. She is consistently in a good mood and is always looking out for the customer. She is knowledgeable about the products and treats everyone with kindness and respect!

This is a nice store, conveniently located, and I prefer self-checkout, but there is no staff on hand to ask a question. I know it is hard to find staff these days, but this makes the shopping experience rather problematic. During my most recent visit (on Saturday afternoon), the pharmacy was closed with no sign or explanation.

I just went today to pickup medication from the pharmacy, the process was very simple and even when I had an issue, I called the pharmacy and they were able to help me find out how to get medication. Before I went I saw the reviews of this location being terrible and rude, however on my experience when I went in, I was treated with kindness and helpfulness from all the staff. I would definitely go again!

I was disappointed. The person who took my request for the drug that had been ordered by the ER about 3 hours earlier was rude and not helpful when she informed me that I couldn’t get the drug for 2 days. She informed me that it wasn’t her problem and I should just wait until Monday. I called another drugstore ( Thrifty White) who called CVS for the prescription. They did not receive it for another 3 hours. I live 45 minutes away. I had to wait in GF until I could get the prescription. The Thrifty White pharmacy was prompt and friendly.

Love walking up to the counter at 7:02 and they two standing there "we're closed". Guess I didn't see that the pharmacy in CVS pharmacy closes before CVS pharmacy does. Guess I shouldn't have used the bathroom first after walking in the store either. Would have used the drive thru like normal but there was paper covering the window. Never had a good experience here.
