I was trying to prison t pictures, getting ready for a family funeral which was already an emotional experience in itself. The kiosks were extremely difficult to operate, instructions absolutely sucked. But enter the staff. Kind, patient and incredibly helpful. Just the memory of Tony helping me through brings tears to my eyes. Thank you

Do not deliver and you cannot call and talk to a pharmacist even though they promise to call within an hour. Will not deal with them in GrandForks again. I really needed my medication within 24 hours and did not get it

Rudest pharmacist, even if you call from a doctors office.

I wish I could give 0 starts. The pharmacy employees choose to close the drive thru early. I waited in line behind 2 cars and got up there at 645...and they closed the drive thru window on me as I pulled up. After ringing the bell they told me to come inside because drive thru was closed. The sign posted on their window states pharmacy hours are until 7. What about handicap or sick people who cannot come in to the store but get to the drive thru15 minutes before closing. Is CVS OK denying them necessary, life sustaining medication? This was my 4th time here and every employee (minus McKayla) treats customers like a huge inconvenience. I will not return to this pharmacy!

I required a Covid PCR Test for travel. I went to CVS to have the test done via drive thru service. The fellow that looked after me was very friendly and thorough. They state that you will get your test result back with 1 - 3 business days. It's been 4 days & I still haven't received my test results back. I needed to be back in Canada within 72 hours, so I went to Wall's, paid $200 for a test and I had the results within 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend getting your test done at CVS if you need it for travel.

I was unable to effectively communicate with CVS staff regarding their availability of a certain allergy relief product. Their website stated (and still states) that it was available in-store at that specific location, but the staff there told me that they had never carried that product. I had, in fact, bought that specific product from that location before, but when I told them this, the pharmacist told me that this was not true. This was an indicator that it was impossible to talk to them.So I called CVS customer relations, hoping I could have a better conversation with them, but the representative I connected with did nothing to help; when I explained the situation, they said that they would contact that store and notify them of my complaint. When I asked if they would check the product’s availability online and evaluate whether or not the situation seemed abnormal, they refused to do so. It felt as though they were simply reading from a script and following a basic procedure without attempting to resolve the issue or explain the pharmacy’s strange behavior. CVS might as well not have a customer relations department, since they demonstrated no desire to establish a relationship with me.

Website says they have stock at our location, go to store, they say there Never had that item...... We say, yes you have, we bout it last year, and they tell us we're lying, they never had it. WHAT. So we call corporate customer service and they literally read from their script saying they'll notify leadership at that store. pointless. Those were the people that said we are lying. So we said to the customer service rep, "we already spoke with them, is there anything else that can be done. And the useless rep REPEATS THEIR TRANSCRIPT saying they'll contact the leadership. As if they aren't listening, that's such terrible customer service. DONT SHOP at the Grand Forks 32nd Ave CVS. OR CVS at all for that matter. What a joke.

Their online COVID testing appointment making, does not work. Plain and simple tried several different variations of trying to set up one or the other (rapid or the test that takes a couple days to get back) after putting in all my information and submitting for an appointment, the screen keeps reloading and tells me there's no stores In the area so after being on the phone with the robot and after multiple button presses, I FINALLY got an actual human that transferred me to the pharmacy where MICHEAL picked up told me that the rapid test are not available at this location. Even tho previously to this phone call, I had tried setting up an appointment with both the rapid and the other one. Both failed to submit an appointment online. After I have told Micheal this I ask if he can help make an appointment "right now, verbally, over the phone, in this moment" I've have the most absolute difficulty trying to do it online and his answer was "No" Straight up "No" No... you can't help me? No... you aren't gunna go see if there's any way you can make this easier? I will come in to the store unmasked and speak directly to Micheal if that is what he would like? Micheal would you like to get sick and become frustrated because you can't schedule an appointment with an actual human that was more capability than a computer system?

I waited over one hour to talk with pharmacy about a prescription refill ... the numbers in my prescription didn’t go through the automative phone service, as it was filled at a different cvs( I assume)!. the front desk was of NO help.... with the quarantine in effect I shouldn’t go into the store .., I’m at a loss for words over the craziness at this cvs pharmacy ; with the crisis unfolding it’s understandable that there maybe added delays , but surely not waiting over one hour on the phone ; this particular cvs has gotten worse with customer service over the last year... I haven’t found this to be the case when I go to the cvs in Az.... Good Gravy .... seek some help or let the customers know that delays In answering the phone may take up to an hour...

The low amount of professionalism that I received from this location is astounding. I love getting film developed and seeing my pictures. However, I do NOT appreciate the sass that I receive every time I call and ask about my photos. They will ask "Have you received an email or call about your photos" and I never receive any calls or emails even when my photos are ready. You are told when dropping off your film that it should take about 2-3 weeks, which is fine! But I am never called when my photos arrive and I am never emailed. I am tired of the poor service and from now on I will be taking my film elsewhere! If you are wanting some great photo service, this CVS location is not it!!! I waited until this happened to me 4 consecutive times before writing a review. Very disappointed.
