Greeted right away. The guy was a real person and talked to us like real people. Quick trip in pick out a new dishwasher with installation paid and out. Service called a couple hours later to set up the delivery and install and we are set. Reccomend.

When Sears Appliance failed to show up on time then failed to complete the job they were hired for, Dakota TV saved the day. They showed up on time with a more reasonable schedule. The communication was great. Fair priced. Fixed my dishwasher where the property manager had failed, and the best part is I was able to actually speak with good, knowledgeable and helpful people instead of a call center in another country.

Noreen and I buy our appliances and TV's from Dakota TV and Appliance. They have great product knowledge and know what brand and model of appliance is best based on our needs and our budget. All staff members are skilled, polite, work as a team, and know their stuff. They listen to their customers. If a person is looking at a big box store or online, you will not be treated nor receive the service that Dakota TV will give you and the price is just about the same or less. It is my privilege to recommend Dakota TV and Appliance.

Very useless Company! Supposed to install an AC unit in place of one I had and knew nothing about installing it, then were going to leave with a window wide open and the drain hose not hooked up! Not acceptable, so they leave me without any AC! Look elsewhere! wish I could leave less than 1 STAR!!

So they were pretty fast at getting here but once they did get here the gentleman was possibly maybe 10 minutes tops then he told me that my refrigerator is not cost-effective to fix it I pay him $90 for nothing I ended up getting my refrigerator fixed for $40 elsewhere . Not sure if He told me that because they want me to buy a refrigerator from them I don’t know but honestly did not like their service at all I posted a photo of my refrigerator actually cool like it’s supposed to be and that was the problem I was having it would cool down now it stays cool like I said $40 it was fixed ( not by North Dakota tv and appliance) very very dissatisfied I will NOT be telling my friends about them . Terrible service heck he didn’t even take the cardboard off back to check those components at all . I’m sorry but if your charging 90 dollars to look at it. YOU SHOULD LOOK AT IT Properly!!!!!! To be fair the lady on phone was very pleasant and that’s pretty much the only thing I was impressed with.

An absolute pleasure to work with everytime. Our microwave blew up, I stopped in and that same day they had an installer putting in the new one. Great value on price being it was on sale, and they could've said any price and I would've taken it.The honesty of the staff is impeccable.
