I manage a business in town and recently attempted to use this business for our urgent shipping needs. I could tell you the whole story but instead I’ll give you the bottom line: you likely will have poor service served with a side of attitude here, and you’re likely better off going to the post office (and that’s saying something!)

If I could give FedEx ZERO stars I would. This is the worst shipping company in the Milky Way. Helen Keller could deliver faster. Wikipedia could give me a more accurate response than FedEx ever could. My packages always arrive late. Why do I pay for shipping if it never arrives on time? My packages always appear as if they have been put through a shredder and ate by a dinosaur. I wouldn’t wish FedEx on my worst enemy.

Worst business ever failed delivery. Everytime. They never come on time. Has to be a fight to get package. Wouldn't Ship my post digestion excrement through them

This is always our first choice for our printing. We print flyers, brochures, and business cards here and it's always fast and high quality. Staff is great and friendly and has caught errors we've missed in the past before things go in to print so we can fix it.

If I could give this locations 10 stars I would. Every time I have been in to ship something I have always been greeted with a smile by your staff and I can tell they love to be at work. I will be recommending this location to friends, family, and business colleagues.

Awful, snobby service. That’s all I’ve ever had here. They go out of their way to make things extremely difficult. Some weird power trip thing. UPS is the way to go.

I tried to get a photo scanned and resized twice, unsuccessful both times. They are unable to scan a document bigger than a tabloid, and require photos to be on physical media, so if you save your photos to a cloud service (like most people in 2022), you're stuck navigating the buggy, mid 2000s kiosk to download your photos and find them on your phone's DCIM files.Really poorly trained staff, outdated self-service machines, non-specific quotes ("That would be... more expensive"), and the inability to perform the most basic services one would think of when thinking "print shop".

Went there to retrieve my package, only to read a sign posted on the front door. "Store Closed" hmm.. Thanks for not posting any adjusted hours of operation due to Covid-19.. I certainly hope Googling them after today, won't be a complete waste of time and gas for anyone else. Ijs, I went there at 6:15pm, after being led there (via Google) which currently states they are open until 8pm (lol) the green (Open) along with no mention of adjusted hours.. Lead me directly to your location."Hey, a little heads up (goes a long way)"We all realize Covid is serious & adjustments must be made. Please fix this to avoid disappointing any other customers.Oh! & you're welcome ? I still love Fed Ex Office & will definitely "Adjust" my rating after this is fixed. Yours truly, a Loyal Customer ?
