I did the 6 week challenge and I’m amazed at how quickly it changed me (in many different ways). It’s a really nice gym to go to and the people and coaches are wonderful! I enjoyed having different coaches because each one had a different thing to offer, but they were always happy and consistent in making sure your form is correct and if you had questions they were quick to answer. The environment is welcoming and inviting, it was wonderful to be part of a community that had the same goal. I’ve always struggled with going to gyms, but this was easy to be part of. I think the only thing I struggled with is I like to workout by myself in a secluded area, but this was a great change of pace. It took me a little bit, but I ended up really enjoying it. If you are considering it, please do it. You won’t regret it, I sure don’t.

Kennedy was very helpful at making sure you get your workouts in and was there for any questions I had. Andy was great at making sure I knew what each workout was and if I had a question about an exercise, he was right there to show me how to do it. I also, liked that any exercise can be changed to work for anyone's experience, beginner or experienced gym goers.

I did the 6 week challenge and loved it! It took the guesswork out of working out, you walk in and complete the predetermined workout in a fun and energetic environment. Finishing this challenge has made me stronger and more accountable. I recommend GF Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone regardless of their current fitness level.

My favorite part of the workouts is the friendly people! Everyone is very welcoming and supportive, the workouts are challenging, and the coaches are amazing!

I have never done a workout like this before, and I was nervous to start this six week challenge. But the helpful coaches and members made me feel comfortable. Every workout, I learned something new. They can be modified to fit your abilities if needed. The workout times can fit any schedule, and the support is awesome! I'm so glad I made the change to better myself!

I did the 6 week challenge and absolutely loved it! I love how easy the workouts are to follow and how much fun they are! I finished the challenge feeling stronger and had so much fun doing it!

Great gym with fantastic coaches to work with. Every time you go to the gym, it's always a different layout. The coaches are happy to help with showing you each exercise and coming up with alternatives. Love the atmosphere, everyone has been so nice and encouraging since I started the 6 week challenge there.Would definitely recommend to anyone

Fitbody is my first experience with exercise that I enjoy and keep coming back for more. The coaches are amazing! When I don't get to come I feel like part of my day is missing.

I was terrified to join since I have never participated in any sort of work out class before. I haven’t been physically active in so long and all of the exercises were new to me so I was very nervous to start. Seriously, the second you walk through that door you feel welcomed and encouraged by not only the coaches but everyone in your class. My husband joined with me so this is our “our time” and I just love it! Each class is fun, yet challenging. I am so happy we took that step and started this journey to an active, healthier life. Our schedules only allow us to attend two days a week but we both look forward to those two days!! Thank you everyone at GFFBBC!

I just completed the 6 week challenge at the Grand Forks Fit Body Boot Camp and I loved it! The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for in a gym. The coaches are extremely helpful in making sure you have the proper technique down and continue to help push you to have a great workout each time you walk in the gym!

Can't say enough good things about this gym! It's the perfect place if you have a busy schedule, if you might be uncomfortable in a gym setting, or if you want a guided focused workout. The coaches are all so helpful, and it's a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I love attending Grand Forks Fit Body Boot Camp! Kennedy goes out of her way to make sure you are having a positive experience. The instructors are there to guide you every step of the way. The class times work with just about any type of schedule. The best part is that you get to show up, do your work out and then be on your way 30 min later. You don’t have to plan anything or mess around with equipment. I love the daily format change up and variety of exercises. Thank you for a positive experience GFFBBC!

My 6 weeks at Grand Forks Fit Body Boot Camp flew by! I highly recommend trying it out!! It’s a fun and high energy environment where you still get to push yourself to achieve your goals. Overall a great experience with great coaches!
