My husband and I just purchased a new large tool box with some shelf attachments. The manager was so fast and efficient getting it loaded into our truck. Plus the help from the man behind the counter. Top notch customer service! They are always so happy to help. We will be forever customers.

Lots of neat stuff for home and auto repair, but this Harbor has poor customer service, I've been to others, and its much better. Found and bought what we needed, no one helped or asked if we needed help!
