Customer service was amazing. Brittany went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was ready when I arrived. She stated it was her and her husband Branden that were there for the late flight that night as I was the only reservation. Everytime I come to Grand Forks, I will rent with hertz.

Brittany and Brandon go above and beyond. They always make sure I have a great experience despite the small fleet they have in Grand Forks.

The manager, Juan was very helpful along with his staff. Me and my family rented one of their RAV4’s to go to an NDSU basketball game and the pricing was great and aligned with their quote. Will definitely be renting from them again in the future!!
