Water pressure 10/10.
HVAC is modern and excellent.
Comfortable beds firm with soft toppers.

Wierd creaky 3rd floor overhead.

We have stayed at several HIE several times over the last few years and have to say this one was the best overall. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Bathroom and shower very clean.
Service was outstanding as was the breakfast.

Really comfortable and clean rooms. Outstanding customer service. Becky is an absolute rockstar and I’m blown away by how friendly and accommodating they were. I was just waiting for breakfast to start, when they informed me it was no problem to grab stuff early. Jaw on the floor, as I was expecting to wait. This is the level of service you rarely see anymore. Thank you Becky!

Tv does not work told front desk and that was the end of that. And it keeps on going company sent them the payment info and they are still holding my credit card

Really pleased with our one night stay at this location mid-road trip. The suite was large and very clean. Bed comfortable and the kids enjoyed both the pool and breakfast in the morning. I thought it was incredibly nice for the price we paid.

We were in Fargo area but so much cheaper flying out of GF.
We loved our overnight in GF, and surprisingly the Holiday Inn was a nice highlight! Great rooms. Breakfast area is excellent. I loved the Bacon Lady who keeps it running.
We saw the polka-dot house on a quick excursion into town...

The entire facility was very well kept including the rooms. Great staff. Gym was small, but adequate. Hot breakfast included! Pool looked amazing. Excellent stay. Would highly recommend!

Our rooms smelled freshly of massive poops the entire 16 hours we were here, well before I took my own moderately sized poop. In the morning we were serenaded with Fox News during breakfast so we could be informed of the impending collapse of society, while around us old men in their fancy jeans watched Fox News videos on their phones full blast so we could be informed of the impending collapse of society. But the room was fairly clean.
