“The staff said, “we are a designated resales for Verizon we cannot help with bills, problems related to Verizon or anything other than sales” but did get me to another sales person who gave me the loyalty # which got me away from the phone tree so I could actually get my issue addressed. I was drafted twice for the sane amount of my bill, same day, & time. Loyalty said we can pay ahead a month & I said no, let me have the $220 back to pay other bills. Refunded. Simple!”
