Angie treated my small “cheap” want - rose gold earrings - with such precision and care. It felt like I was buying million dollar earrings. On one visit, I brought one of my daughters. Scott gave her a bag of goodies that made her feel so special. She was over the moon! What a small meaningful gesture.

I had approached with my other want that I’ve been contemplating - changing my wedding ring. I sent the ring off and panicked about it. They waited patiently until I gave them the official okay. Wow, did they deliver. I changed out my center stone. Got my ring back with a full appraisal. My original stone made into a charm, also coming with an appraisal. And everything is absolutely beautiful!

The whole time, I felt like I was treated like family. Small things they did here or there like leaving me with the jewelry by myself to play with. Or, having me put my hands under the lights that make the diamonds sparkle. Things so small but again, I’m an emotional buyer and small things like that mean the world to me. I seriously cannot believe how great this place is!”
