    A mixed bag. The store has changed and seems to have a lot more stuff at the checkout, like TJ Maxx and similar stores. The prices are higher too, BUT if you get coupons and have Kohl’s cash? You can get a great deal. $84.99 pet steps for out old cat, worked out to be $24.44. It’s all about the deal.

    Customer service was great but the store has gotten crowded and the layout could be better. The perfume counter probably shouldn't be right where customers come in. Someone was sampling the perfume and the scent was strong enough to make my eyes water. Probably won't go back any time soon.

    First time ever in Kohl’s. Lots of choices. Was so happy I found a sweater in the middle of summer. Only reason for 4 stars is because there was a lineup at cash register, and only one cashier- However 4 other staff were behind the counter talking. People in line were making comments about this and were not impressed.... read full comment
