“The go to butcher shop in GF. Sort of the place that you go to to get cuts for special events, when you really want to impress. As they're a butcher shop, pretty much can ask for anything you want or get knowledgeable recommendations. Big step up from the grocery store. Great selection of meat sticks of many different flavors and composition. Wonderful smell to the store, think smoked. I can definitely recommend their bacon, used it in a recipe recently. We got a 6 pound prime rib last time there, just terrific. They have frozen seafood including lobster. In general, pricier than other stores but you pay for quality. Overall, great butcher shop.”
