If I could give zero I would. I made a payment, said accepted, then rejected. Made a other payment, and then ready it takes 24 hours. Called customer service and they chose to not refund one of the two payments I made!!!! My next bill isn't due till the 28th, yet they won't refund the credit. If I cancel my services they won't refund either.

Cancelled service since connection speed way down since 'upgrade' was done months ago... I was polite, just turned in my router,,, they said they would cancel my auto pay, but I owed them 40 some dollars... I paid cash. I wasn't even going to leave a review... But, checked my account... Autopsy came out 3 days later... Another 70 some dollars... This company really needs some competition in North Dakota... They are crooks.

Horrible. Woman at the counter was rude to me as well as every customer in line in front of me. Only trying to upsale EVERYTHING. Argued with every person. Was telling people how what they had was obsolete and it would all be shut down this coming summer. I left, called midco via phone...they confirmed everything she said was a lie and would not be shut down.Had whole home Internet set up, last summer we ran a line to the workshop out back to fill in dead spots. All our TV's aren't "smart" and we even have old CRT TV's for our VERY old gaming systems but still watch cable on them.DO NOT GO INTO MIDCO IN GRAND FORKS, just call in via phone and get a more polite person who can give a strait answer and not try to constantly up sale you.

We waited a whole month for an installation around 2:45-3:00right? The day they were supposed to come install it nobody called or knocked. We were waiting by the front door to welcome the tech guy. We got worried, called around 4pm, and they said the tech guy was being held up by another appointment so they'll call me. The tech guy said: I knocked twice, called twice but it went straight to voice mail and they missed us. I called them back and they said I had to wait until the end of the month for another installation while somebody through text said I can get it installed the next day. Lots of miscommunication and unprofessionalism. They basically told me it's my fault for not being home when I was in fact by the door and my phone going straight to voice mail.. the cherry on top of it all is that they called me the next day guess what?? It went through ? I called century link and they would come install it in a few days for half the price!! I've had midco before and they always seem to have hidden fees or something they're not telling you. You can go for the deals they offer or save yourself a headache and go to century link . Instead of $179 it's $130 and you wouldn't get treated like an idiot over the phone.

I've been a Midco customer for a very long time. Always had great experiences with them and the quality of their services. I've recently had some issues and wasn't sure if it was on my end or what was causing it, and have needed a tech to come out a couple times this month. Colin has helped me a few times now, and he is absolutely fantastic. Can't praise him enough and I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks Colin!

11-8-23We have had 3 service calls to our home in the past couple months. We had an issue and then did some upgrades to pods and new TiVo boxes. We have been so pleased with the patience, guidance and execution by the service reps that have been to our home: Cody, Mike & Tristan. Also with the help provided in store by Katie in Grand Forks. It’s so often that companies only hear from their customers when they are unhappy and I wanted to assure that this team is recognized for going above & beyond with courtesy & efficiency. Thank you.

I feel like at least once a week the Wi-Fi goes out. They are the only Wi-Fi company in town. Their customer service team is very nice.

Service is pretty standard as far as a provider. I think the basic cable was overpriced for what you get. The frontend staff in the Grand Forks ND appeared to be stressed and unhappy. It's a very clean and well designed location but seeing front end staff dealing with a customer returning equipment that was apparently not all Midco's equipment was off putting to say the least. The poor customer was just returning items she believed was theirs. The worker was frustrated and took it out on the customer with an unprofessional tone. The customer left before the employee was finished berating her. She left in tears. My daughter and I gave the employee extra time before approach and I dealt with her as I would a hostile patient. This was effective in eliciting a pleasant response for my daughter and I. I do hope this employee has better days ahead as this isn't exactly what I would want a board of directors family, friend, or self to experience.Best regards.

Could barely even make this review because of how bad midco is. Fails me at the wrong time. Trying to take an exam, oh don’t worry the wifi is just gonna shut off. Trying to watch tv? Oh don’t worry the wifi is just gonna shut off for 30 minutes and sit there loading. We have upgraded many times and it still doesn’t get any better. FIX IT MIDCO ITS ANNOYING
