The best decision I made was getting the courage to walk through the doors at Profile and make a lifestyle change. The bonus is I get to do this with the support of my coach, Rachel, who is amazing. Not only do I learn during our weekly sessions, we also laugh, and celebrate. The entire staff is also very friendly and welcoming!
