Nice. We got the basic wash for $11. Cleaned our truck without scratches or swirl marks. The dryers at the end left the finish spotless and shiney. The parking spots at free vacuum were large to have the doors open without hitting the cars next to us.

Best wash in town!Owners and employees are friendly and great! 2 convenient locations. Only thing they can do is power wash off cars before going into wash and offer drying towels.

Bought my vehicle from Rydell, normally get car washes after services. Went this evening around 5:30-6 at the Gateway location. Got gas a little later this evening only to find multiple scratches on the hood and another on the front fender/bumper. (Was with my vehicle the entire time) Definitely cautious to recommend.

I use this car wash for the winter and suspend the unlimited car wash plan every summer. In previous years you could stop the service same day and be refunded any unused time that you were paid through. Today I was told that they no longer give refunds, which I'm not real happy about since it just renewed for another month and I won't be back in the next few weeks. So, make sure you cancel your plan early to avoid being over charged.

I have had my car detailed with the Rydell detail center 3 times and have been very satisfied. This last time my car was a mess from my kids, snow, and the salt. I was extremely impressed with how well they cleaned it and the communication from the staff was top-notch. It is a little on the spendy side but worth it for me. Feels like a brand new car again.

Not super good but okay.If you have ice in your wheels whichever wash you take ice will be there.A decent chance of some scratches from the washing.Other than that $19.95 for 1 month unlimited basic car wash is good price.

Best detailing services ever customer service was awesome I took two vehicles in one had a dent in the front bumper and didn’t even ask for it to be fixed and they fixed it anyway thank you so much for that!!! This is the first experience that I've had with rydell detail shop and I will say that it is five star service! Starting with Ashley who was phenomenal and very awesome to work with followed by the phenomenal job of cleaning our messy vehicle inside and out. They gave me a ride back to my house after dropping my vehicle off and on top of that they also dropped my vehicle off at my door when it was finished which was not expected. My driver and the drop off group we're also very nice to deal with and we will be bringing our other vehicle in to have it done as well very soon. Car wash sucks! Didn't even get any of my truck clean. Can't get a refund when you can't get a hold of them. Never returning to that joke of a car wash.
