It’s a surprisingly large Target for a small city like Grand Forks, with plenty of products available. However, while many staff members are working, most seem more focused on stocking shelves than assisting customers.
The steep price increases are hard to ignore.
Finding knowledgeable help to locate a product can be frustratingly difficult.
I’d recommend shopping online and opting for pickup instead.

Charles, the team lead in fulfillment, is always angry. slams carts around, steals people's cake, and has no friends. He has some insane rbf too.

Self checkout employee was on her phone and when she finally looked up from it she proceeded to yell at two male customers for wondering why there where no cash options (they where talking to each other not her), then she yelled at me for having 15 items in my cart and not 10, then proceeded to cancel my checkout even tho I was over half way done. I would write her name if she was wearing a name tag. Not gonna lie she was rude as hell and shouldn’t be working in costumer service.

I went to the clothing section because there are normal good quality cheaper clothes but there were clothes on the floor everywhere both men and women's. I even saw people taking more off the shelves and adding to the mess on the floor.
Overall this target is not very well maintained or well staffed.

We live about 45 miles away from this Target. Mostly farmland surrounding us, we shop online for most of our needs.
Taking my granddaughter into town for a shopping trip is always a major treat for her. Target is always a destination due to my RedCard and it's discount.
Walking around the store, her eyes sweeping up and down the aisles, she happily tried on different pairs of jeans, shirts, swim suits, etc. Face beaming with happiness, we filled our cart with her purchases.
Getting to the checkout counter, we noticed there was only one line open. It was early, about 8 30 A.M., so not a big deal.
Except..........the girl at the checkout clearly didn't want to be there. She sighed loudly as we arrived with a cart full of things. Grabbing items as we put them on the belt, she seemed to feel as though we were interrupting her texting time.
Finally rung up, I tried to use my RedCard, but the chip reader wouldn't work properly. I tried it 4x, but it kept saying, "Card Reader Error." Ok, well, when that happens, you just punch it in manually right?
Wrong! This girl couldn't be bothered. She literally told me to just use another card. When I asked her to try it manually, she said she didn't have time. I said I wanted to get the 5% discount and she told me that I should write to Target headquarters to get the money back!
If my granddaughter hadn't been standing there, I would have walked out the door, leaving the stuff at the counter. But I didn't and used another card.
Later that day, we were down the street at Walmart. Their customer service was exceptional, and their prices were half of what this Target store was offering.
I am cutting up my RedCard and never shopping at Target again if this is the best they can come up with in it's workforce.

Walmart is notorious for having poop on the floor, Target does not have that problem.
