Woman at the assistants desk was very i'll mannered, arrogant and rude. Spoke over me and treated me like I was stupid just an overall frustrating experience.

I have always had a positive experience at the GrandForks Post Office. They are not only helpful they seem to take great joy and pride in helping us. Considerate and patient. They always offer extra service. Also I did not know you can apply for a passport there. Great staff. Thank you.
