We took a package in they we were returning and we uncertain of the procedure, so had not taped the bag. Never purchased from that store before. They refused to tape the bag and forced my husband to spend $4 on a roll of tape so that we could mail the return. That would not have happened at our local PO. What happened to... read full comment

I applied for a passport at this location, and a woman named Cathy assisted me. She was very friendly and the whole process was quick and easy.
