“My pets have been going to Petcetera since they opened. They have always received extraordinary care, especially my boy, Jack who had several health issues in his senior years. Dr Lord was always accessible & attentive. She, and the rest of the staff treated him like their own. When I had to put Jack to sleep last week, Dr Lord was so caring and empathetic which made a very heartbreaking time more comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough.
Regarding an undeserved previous review I read, the fact that they aren’t accepting new patients at this time has zero to do with the ridiculous claim that they don’t care about pets and it’s all about money. It means they’re full at the moment. That’s it. That has nothing to do with the care they provide their patients, which is exceptional.”

“Overall,Kindness is a good,clean animal hospital. However,they did forget to trim missKaties claws. It would be nice,too, if they cared more for the animals,as they do money. Maybe some day we will see more genuine care for our petfriends,because everything we buy will be less expensive..This way taking care of our petfriends will be easier for people who struggle with their budget. Therefore, more animals will be taken care of in their later years too,when care gets astronomically expensive. More preventative care for oral health would be beneficial as well.”

“Would 100% recommend. Been my vet for almost 10 years. The only vet I trusted with my very fractious cat (they were great with him, even though he was very angry about being at the vet). They helped us manage our previous cat's diabetes well, and have been wonderful with all the cats we've adopted. Also love that they give back to the community, partnering with local rescues.”
