“Thank you so much for saving my baby, when we spent most the night in the emergency room after driving an hour and twenty minutes there and they did an ultrasound stated what it was and she could have up to 48 hours to live and they couldn't do anything without $1,000 and just like whenever I had my daughter the doctor called and said that I have something to do with my cholesterol and my daughter could end up being born stillborn which is dead but God told me ahead of time. I believe in God and the power of prayer!! God is great and never forget that.!! May God shine light and bless the vet and staff that met with us even though my sister and I had been calling back to back to get her help, he met with us and gave my baby antibiotics and she made a mass improvement over night and surgery on the following Monday but it went from life or death 48 hours to she's in God's hands and found the vet we needed and the manager she was absolutely amazing as well may God bless you and all your staff even the ones that answer the phone are very amazing and we love and forever will appreciate you all for saving my baby and giving her a chance to fight this and I can not thank you all and God enough but may God forever be with you in your journey in life as you save pets that others love as their own baby because I can't tell you how much y'all mean to me for saving my babies life and we are forever grateful to y'all and Oreo loves you too 😊!!

“We have been bringing our dogs here for some time now and always have had a pleasant experience. But I am writing this review because I feel like yesterday Dr Haage went above and beyond for me. We are having trouble with our two dogs at home not getting along infrequently. Unfortunately one of them recieved a small injury on his ear. They asked to see him for some antibiotics.

But then what I had needed most happened. Dr. Haage went right into asking me about their life at home and my thoughts on it. He sat and just listened. I diddnt feel rushed, or judged. It was one hundred percent genuine care about my boys. He then proceeded to go over many different options we could pursue and his suggestions. After the end of our long discussion about possible behaviors. A quick note that our one dogs ear is fine and just needed some antibiotics.

He knew without me asking what I was really concerned about. It was so comforting knowing such a sensative situation was worth their time at an animal hospital. I felt 1000 times better after leaving knowing there are possible paths forward.

“My pets have been going to Petcetera since they opened. They have always received extraordinary care, especially my boy, Jack who had several health issues in his senior years. Dr Lord was always accessible & attentive. She, and the rest of the staff treated him like their own. When I had to put Jack to sleep last week, Dr Lord was so caring and empathetic which made a very heartbreaking time more comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Regarding an undeserved previous review I read, the fact that they aren’t accepting new patients at this time has zero to do with the ridiculous claim that they don’t care about pets and it’s all about money. It means they’re full at the moment. That’s it. That has nothing to do with the care they provide their patients, which is exceptional.”

“After my cat nearly died in the care of Peterson Vet Clinic, Dr. Iverson took over his care, and quite possibly saved his life. She was kind, through with her knowledge and skill. All of this while balancing an emotionally distraught pet parent.”

“The Friday before the 4th of July when no other vet in town were even open. Grand Valley answered and we very helpful and compassionate over the phone. Gave good advice and eased my concerns.”
