“Stopped for fuel and a sub from subway that is in gas station. Saw that my tire is blown. Talked to the lady that made my sub and she told me her husband was in shop. She got him to come out and look. Told me that he had one tire in stock for the trailer. 14 ply . Being on a Sunday he offered to put it on and got me on the way. So grateful that he got me on the road so fast. Thanks again for the great service. Especially on a Sunday in a very small town. The rim was also no good.”
“I've got to admit that we've lived here for a long time now and never utilized any of the services offered by Hazen Motors. That changed recently when one of our vehicles wouldn't start at the grocery store. Before my husband was off the phone, Kim (not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) came to our rescue! He brought a rental to us and made the arrangements for towing and fixing it with my husband. He was so professional and knowledgeable! We got the vehicle fixed quickly to our satisfaction and I am now getting any repairs done with both of our vehicles there. Outstanding service and it's close to home (and cheaper than other dealerships in Bismarck)!!! I was greeted by the owner and felt right at ease. She even has delicious goodies for customers!!!
