“We could not be more happier with results on our pickup. We had paint splatter down the side of our pickup from road work. When we noticed it as we were running errands,we entrusted in a recommendation and brought it to Straight Line. In the heat of the day the paint had already dried. Briana came out and looked it over and fortunately she was able to squeeze us in right away. This was amazing because we were worried the paint would cure and bond to the clear coat and then damage the clear coat when trying to remove it.
In about 45 minutes they drove the pickup back around and Kevin finished hand drying it. Absolutely no signs that there was ever any paint on the pickup. thank you so much to everyone at Straight Line! You have a forever customer with us.”

“Jeremy and the entire team here are amazing when it comes to customer service. I had a cracked windshield and originally was referred to Safelite. They wouldn’t do the work and I was at a loss of what to do. I went to Muscatell for an eyesight issue and explained the whole situation before being sent to the collision center to speak to Jeremy. (Ardin was the gentlemen at the main dealership service center. He was very transparent and didn’t want to charge me twice for something that would be fixed after the windshield replacement. He grabbed a mechanic and they were both at a loss for what I was being told by Safelite. They both were honest and only wanted to help me out without charging me a dime.). Jeremy at the collision center, went above and beyond to help me out. As far as calling my insurance company to get the referral sent to them. It was an incredibly kind gesture and one I wasn’t expecting. After spending 20 minutes in their office, and speaking to my insurance, everything was sorted out and a weight was off my shoulders. It was incredible service and made me feel like a valued client. After getting the referral transferred to them, Jeremy was in constant communication and kept me up to date on the process. Within 2 days, they were able to schedule me and get the windshield replaced. I will only be bringing my vehicles into them from now on. If you want world class customer service this is the place to go. Thanks again for everything!”
“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! I had them fix hail damage on my truck and I tell you what, they went above and beyond with every aspect involved with this entire process. They have such incredible attention to detail and my truck has not looked this good since I drove it off the lot when I bought it. Not only did they fix the hail damage, the entire inside is detailed and spotless. They conveniently worked with my insurance company with no problems at all. “Had a couple rust spots show up on my rocker panel. They took care of the rust and asked if they could rhino line the panels. They did and said they could also do my running boards. I wish I had a before picture of my rear bumper, but it had several paint chips and they repainted it and it matches pretty well. No issues and good communication along the way”

“Everyone here was super nice and easy to work with! My car was being fixed for around 3 weeks (insurance issues) and when I had brought it in it was out of windshield washer fluid. I obviously never mentioned anything to them about it just tried to remember to get some to put in my car after I got it back. I was so surprised when I got it back to see they had put in windshield washer fluid for me. It was just a nice surprise! Also, after I picked it up I thought there was an issue with a taillight (spoiler: there wasn’t anything wrong). But Matt went above and beyond and called me and explained everything to me. I would definitely go here again (but I hope I don’t have to ?)”

When I called back to schedule the work, they even told me of potential scenarios that could present itself once the work was started so I wasnt caught off guard by anything. “I had a particularly cumbersome problem with my automatic window on a '99 Buick. Parts are hard to come by and still unreliable. Travis had top notch communication and worked hard to find a solution and fix the problem. I wasn't, for a single moment, facing additional costs to the initial estimate.
And they went above and beyond to accommodate me as they were working extra hard fix the problem.
The amount of things that went wrong felt like a curse, but the ethics of Quality Auto Body was a blessing.

“Here’s the thing: they did excellent work. They are very nice people and want to do a good job for you. The issue is how long it takes. It look them a month to fix our vehicle. I know there are a lot of moving parts with insurance adjusters, ordering parts, etc, but still, it seemed excessive compared to the other estimate I got saying it would take a week. Anyway, you could make the argument that you’re waiting for higher quality work, but it was frustrating. Just make sure you make arrangements to have a temporary replacement vehicle for an extended amount of time.”

“Corey went above and beyond to help me out with a carbon hood that I had that needed a hole cut out to make the vent in it become functional. He did a great job, very clean cut, even went as far as to respray the mesh inside the vent because he just didn’t think it looked great, and I hadn’t even asked him to do that. He’s a stand up guy, and I will 100% be coming back for my endless list of projects I have. I highly recommend Corey’s to anyone in need of body work as he does a fantastic job from start to finish.”
