I've been getting my hair cut every two weeks for most of my life, and I can confidently say that Vibe Salon has provided the best experience I've ever had. The team there is simply amazing, especially for men's haircuts. They're not just skilled with scissors; they have an eye for what looks good and make sure you walk out feeling great about your look. Highly recommend Vibe Salon for anyone looking to elevate their hairstyle!

BEWARE just because its expensive doesn't mean it's quality! They turned my blonde orange (how?) and when I asked for them to color correct it, the owner was so rude. They charged me full price for my original appointment, I thought I wouldn't be charged for the color correction but at the end of my appointment I had a bill for a completely new service. May I add their pricing is INSANE. If you need your hair done I've tried Cloud 9 or Urban Edge, great service, great work and normal pricing.

I always see Kylee and she’s amazing!! The whole vibe of the salon is super classy and nice and clean. Everyone there is super nice and all the girls do a phenomenal job. Would highly recommend this place!

I was called an hour before my appointment I scheduled 2 months ago. I was told my appointment was cancelled because she was backed up. I was asked to reschedule but I live an hour and a half away and work 7 days a week. This was a day off I took specifically for this, and now I’m out from work and an appointment. I asked if they could get me in with someone else and was still told no. I booked this appointment out months in advance. Would put zero stars if possible!

Trusted Vive to do my hair. I have now gone twice. The first time the girl did a wonderful job! She no longer works there though. The second time the girl didn't let the bleach lift enough. I called and left messages twice for the owner as well as a message on her personal ig to get back to me and never did. Idk. I'm speechless being a small business that this wasn't attempted to be fixed. I tried to dispute and they said I didn't attempt to call. I'm at a loss of words. I had one really great experience there but this second visit...

Never colored my hair and wanted to give this salon a chance. Saw Lauren twice in the last few months and she did light blonde highlights. The first two times she did phenomenal job going from dark blonde to light blonde. She recommended me to come back on my birthday to go even lighter and add more pieces of highlights, because she knew i was working on getting my entire hair of light blonde. As i trusted her went in on my birthday to see her and she performed a toner, promised it will turn out even lighter. She charged me 170$ for toning my hair dark blonde again “the way it was few months ago when i came the first time” and she cut few inches. She ripped me off and lied to my face. I was dissatisfied right there with toning my hair and started asking questions. I thought she knows me by now and how blonde i like to be. Texted Lauryn a day after and she was rude and did not try to help whatsoever. She kept saying over text how toner will make it lighter but it made it dark blonde just how my virgin hair was. Explained how dissatisfied with the results and asked if she could fix the issue me coming in.
Emailed salon 10 days ago to give me a refund as i will need to go to a different salon and there was no response. No call and no email. I then paid another 270$ to fix with another salon. My hair is blonde again but i would not recommend this salon because they are rude. Understand mistakes can be made, we are all human but to be rude to customers. its unacceptable. Also respond to clients if you are going to continue running a business.

I went in not knowing really what I wanted and Lauryn did amazing! She asked the right questions and my hair came out looking better than ever! She also made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Vive salon and Lauryn! I am obsessed with how my hair turned out!
