“Wow Jamestown has this wonderful buisness here and locally owned. I have to go to Omaha on Saturday and needed a tire that wobbles badly replaced, its a hard to find that size of tire too. They said they could replace it the following Thursday when I get back. When I said I was headed to Omaha on Saturday the owner said I will have those tires tomorrow, I can't let you drive it like that, that far. He said he would do it himself if his employees were busy. You do not get service like that any more so it was such an awesome experience get it. It was nice to watch how they interacted with each other too, you can tell they are great bunch of people. “Mark is a great mechanic, he will take care of you and is by far the best auto repair shop in Jamestown. He found issues that another place (NW Tires) did that he did not know they did and told me a ball joint was very loose. So if you are going to go to someone in town you should go here!”

“We had an unexpected repair come up a few days before the 4th of July weekend, and every rental car in Jamestown was booked solid. The Toyota dealership went above and beyond by offering us a loaner car for a few days while our repair was being done at Klein’s Collision Center next door (a whole different story for another review).
They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely puts customers first—thank you for stepping up when we needed it most!”
“We were stranded in Jamestown due to a serpentine belt break issue in -40 below windchill weather. We called around to several mechanics and garages listed in an internet search and nobody was willing or able to help until we came in contact with J & L Service. They came with a wrecker, got us settled in their warm vehicle and towed us to their shop. My husband was coaching a chorus in Bismarck on Friday evening and all day Saturday, and we would be coming back through on Sunday. J&L assessed the problem and said they would have it fixed and ready for us on Sunday when we came back through, and they did! They went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road in the frigid cold weather. We are sooooo thankful for their willingness to help and their skill in getting it fixed so quickly. Thank you J & L Service!!”
“Thank you guys. The tow truck driver was so nice and even went out of his way in his personal truck to take us to a motel as we were on a motorcycle.
The next day the owner gave us a good deal on a motorcycle in good condition, so we would be able to make it home.
