The Toyota dealership went above and beyond by offering us a loaner car for a few days while our repair was being done at Klein’s Collision Center next door (a whole different story for another review).
They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely puts customers first—thank you for stepping up when we needed it most!”
