Today took 45 minutes to wait for our food when we did finally get it,it was cold which took another 20 min next time we will be going to McDonald's

Quite possibly the worst food I've ever received from a dining establishment. Ordered chicken sandwiches, they were pure mush. Ordered chicken fries, you could hammer a nail with the one. Ordered onion rings, my kid and I debated for a solid 10 minutes on whether or not it was actually a mozzi stick....if u decide to go there ask for things like no salt or well done to make sure ur food is fresh.

Absolutely the worst experience I've EVER had at any burger King.Sat at the drive through window for a half hour to get half my order another half hour after that to get what they missed from my order. By the time we got our food we left just to find out the order was inaccurate and they "lost" our receipt. It will not be going to burger King in Jamestown anytime in the near future.

Was passing through Jamestown from out-of-town and ordered two impossible burgers. PAID impossible burger prices. Back on 94 and pull out burgers to eat and they were not impossible burgers, but regular whoppers. Had to throw out. Waste of money and time. Obviously workers knew what they had done. Makes me angry.

There's always something wrong when you go here, but it had mostly been waiting times in the past. The last 3 times I've gone here I have had issues with very obviously old food and buns that have sat out and are hard. Tonight, I was missing a patty on each of my 3 double cheeseburgers, and all were missing cheese. I'm never wasting money here again, and I recommend you do the same.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no mustard and got one with what I would call extra mustard. Ordered chicken fries as well and they were barely room temperature and so stale they must have been sitting for awhile. This was the first time I’ve ever had Burger King and will definitely be my last. Don’t bother going to this

If the Whopper wasn’t the best fast food burger there wouldn’t be any reason to stop here. Stood at counter for 5 minutes, only one in there before staff stopped goofing around long enough to acknowledge me. And then screwed up order.

Our family is here from out of state, and decided to visit Burger King for dinner. We went through the drive-through. It didn’t appear to be too busy, neither inside or in line, but we did wait at the speaker for 4-5 minutes before giving our order. The employee who took our order sounded very kind, but seemed rushed and flustered. We received our order and drove off. When we got to our destination, we found that it was very wrong. I’m not usually one to complain, but the order was so messed up, that two of the kids didn’t eat. So, I called the Manager to try to remedy the situation, but was met with a great deal of resistance, as my complaint was quite the -as he put it- “inconvenience.” He was very adamant about being unable to assist me, as I didn’t receive a receipt with the order. After going around and around with the “Manager,” the call ended with the plan for him to reach out to his on-call General Manager, and then return my call with a resolution. I did not hear from him, again.

Took forever for the food in drive thru. Not even busy. All that waiting and food was cold. Not sure what was colder the pickle or the burger.

The food is meh but the lady made sure I received the 2 for $5 Whopper Jr. deal. I loved the service. The atmosphere felt kind of dumpy (it was the drive-through during January in ND), but not bad. I'll probably stop again on my next trip to Aberdeen from northwest Minnesota.
