Had an oddball issue with a new card that should've been easy to fix. Anna wasn't able to assist due to their system, but she took every measure possible to resolve my issue. Nice change in service from my experiences in the past.

We've been with Dacotah Bank for 6 months now and are extremely happy. With their savings plan, we receive a monthly payment that is many times larger than our previous bank.
