“The manager of the store in Jamestown was very helpful. His explanation of their service and their products helped me decide to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I liked the fact that he is a stable member of the community and intends to be easily available to his customers. He said to call their local number any time and someone would help. I called a couple of hours after I left the store, and someone helped me access an element of the phone that I didn't understand. So polite and helpful!”

“I love this store I was able to get a brand new really nice fridge and two new mattresses for re my girls here at a very uh affordable price with less than spectacular credit. All new employees are awesome and they are very understanding if something comes up and your not able to make your payment on time all they ask is that you communicate with them. Very nice selection of good quality products.”
