Stopped to get gas, coffe and use restroom. Out of 3 stalls in the womens restroom 1 worked. Entire store area smelled like smoke. No coffee, both machines were out of order.

We filled our car with gas and were hoping to clean some of the bugs off the windshield. To our frustration, the old squeegees (tried 4 of them) were trash and would not dry the windshield. So, we went for paper towels. All the dispensers were empty. The pump would not print a receipt either. The attendant inside the store was told of these issues and his response was they have been like that for a long time. Management could and should resolve all of these issues with very little cost/staff training.

Bad customer service tonight. One till was half broken, and only the tap pay would work. Then, someone mopping floors and blocking off aisles so paying customers couldn't get what they wanted. Mopping should be done at closing time and not when you have high traffic. There was no reason for floor mopping and weather was fine outside so no tracking was happening.

Two different pumps were having issues with their buttons because of the cold, so I was fairly frustrated, and had to go prepay inside. The manager (Bennie) had a very calming and understanding demeanor, and fully treated me like a VIP and even comped my drink. This is how businesses used to operate, and it was refreshing to see that apparently some still do! I will 100% be stopping here for fuel anytime I'm driving through, no matter how much I still have left in the tank! ?

Extremely friendly service. We were on lunch break and Bennie graciously offered us lunch. You don't find kind hearted people like that these days. He definitely needs a raise. We travel for work and the few times we have stopped at this gas station he is always working, not standing around and very kind.

Was just looking for a few things and some sodas and oddly as they are listed as being open 24 hours, some extremely rude lady behind the counter yelled at the 2 customers in the store, "we close in 9 minutes get your purchases its time togo!"I mean maybe if i had been in there hanging out for 10 minutes, but had only gone up and down the isles looking for one thing for about 2 minutes.My advice would be to get the lady that looks like she's never smiled before and keep her at home.Normally place is just fine, but again without the gold star customer service award winner.

Love love LOVE Shell gas.I dislike the janky station.Seemingly always something wrong with the pumps.

Bathrooms were not well maintained. Several pumps were out of order and others required you to pre-pay inside prior to filling. Workers were rude to customers. Do not recommend.

Clerk at counter was unfriendly and unhelpful. Shelves were not well stocked.

Stopped here to fill the RV. Hit the button for Fuel Rewards to get my five cents off per gallon, but it didn't work. That's literally the reason we pulled off the highway to use this station.That said, it was very roomy and easy to fill the RV here, so three stars it is. Get your pumps working right so I can save my three bucks on a 2$200 fill-up!
