“I had been in an auto accident and unable to find a rental car. Rick's in Jamestown came up as the closest option to Carrington to rent a U-Haul that might get me to my destination for a Monday appointment. I was able to secure his last remaining vehicle for a one way trip from Jamestown, North Dakota to Calgary, Alberta. With no wheels, Rick offered to come pick me up in Carrington and take me back to his shop to get the vehicle. 45 minute trip each way.Rick was EXTREMELY personable on the drive and super friendly and easy to talk to. Once we got to his store in Jamestown, the truck was clean, ready, and waiting. A short bit of paperwork and I was off. He even had a lock for the back of the truck. Would recommend this location whole-heartedly and if I could give it a 10, I would. He REALLY got me out of a bind.”
