Really really disrespectful secretary or receptionist. I should have looked at the reviews before going... I can't believe someone could talk to someone the way they did and UPS not do anything. Unfortunate interaction with a gal sitting behind the counter. I arrived with my item and shipping label for my Amazon return. I anticipated being able to drop them both off, but was informed I had to package them due to the label type - totally fine. What wasn't fine was the overall attitude and unhelpfulness of this person (Niki) who I think is the store manager. A more positive and helpful approach would have likely had me buying the overpiced $8 box from their store (for one book!) but instead I left with my item and will return with it packaged in my $.75 Walmart box. Consumers have choices and customer service is everything. People are willing to pay for good service, they are not willing to pay top dollar for poor interactions and unhelpfulness. Greet your customers with a smile, offer assistance with a helpful attitude, be empathetic rather than pompous when people unknowingly arrive unprepared. I have had numerous items printed at this store, but this interaction will keep me from doing so unless I hear from other customers or google reviews that there's been positive change.

Will never go here again. i called just to ask a genuine question about my package and the woman on the phone was extremely disrespectful. I'm not sure if conversations are recorded but I genuinely hope they are for the community of Jamestown's sake... I cant believe UPS allows this type of behavior. I've contacted the 1-800 UPS Number and Also tried reaching out on Facebook like they suggest on previous reviews pertaining to the same issue. I get 0 response and they will just not answer the phone if they don't want to help you. this is unacceptable. save your time and patience and don't go to this location.

I get all my business supplies printed here and cannot reccomend this place enough! The quality of print is top notch and the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful!!

I went and returned a package from amazon and they charged me for the return. I called Amazon and they were not suppose to charge me it is free returns. Amazon was amazing with helping me and they are refunding the shipping charge that ups charged me. I knew and even said I have never had to pay for a return and the lady said the label is one you have to pay for the Amazon person said this has been reported lately. Maybe someone should re retrained or stop stealing money from customers.

These thieves will charge you several dollars for less than a foot of tape.I contacted the corporate offices. They agreed this was a very stupid practice, however cannot do anything about it. 10/10 would not recommend. Would have given a lower score if possible.

Despite UPS policy allowing the shipment of ammunition, this UPS store refuses to do so. Because of this, in order to cross the Canadian border on the way to Alaska I had to get rid of my ammunition. This cost me about $75 worth of ammunition that could have easily been shipped.

JoDee and Chris are amazing! They're always quick and courteous. Our household frequently orders from Amazon and I love that if a return is needed, the UPS Store makes the process so easy and quick. They're definitely an asset to Jamestown!

Has to be the top UPS store in the country. Easiest and friendliest people to work with and very thankful for the 7PM closing time which you dont get at all UPS stores. Makes Amazon shopping much easier knowing that returns will be a breeze with them.
