Stopped by this location the other day, as I wanted to handle some personal business, and the manager was unavailable to help customers. However, she was not to busy to play on her phone the entire hour I was there. There was a decent sized line, and the lady upfront obviously could have used some help with how many people there were. I watched the lady up front go back and forth a couple of times, and even heard her get yelled at because she was interruppting her. When she was trying to get help. Highly disappointed in this branch manager. The attitude shown in front of customers is beyond disrespectful, and I feel bad for how they were treated. They attempted to help me, but it boiled down to they didn't have the approval needed as the manager was to "busy". If this is a consistent issue. Then I may switch my business accounts to a different bank. As I will be doing lots more business at this location. Thank you to the lady who was working the front. I appreciate everything you did to try to help me. 1st contact will be this review. My next contact will be a call to corporate. After that I will close my accounts. Personal and business.

I live in Jamestown and I visited the branch to open a checking account. The staff seemed least interested. The attitude was 'high and mighty' Anyway, their loss!!

Its a nice little bank with friendly efficient staff. Due to Covid, they are appointment only and close at 4 which is hard for working folks to get their banking needs scheduled

Dumbest bank ever, cashing a money order and only bank that will require 2 forms of identification. The reason I took my business elsewhere. Get with the times idiots
