This place is nice enough for an oilfield town just needs some TLC in my opinion. The RV spaces are great sizes, it does have a little gym, and a laundromat. At the time this is written the renters are required to take care of their own RV pads as far as mowing, trimming, etc. The playground equipment needs some repairs.

Love it, we will be staying long term we are paying 500 per month for a 27 foot fifth wheel RV, with 30 amp, inc electric, check out the website.

The manager Joyce was very helpful and nice , we're staying here for work so very reasonable pricing for monthly rates , the laundry room is clean as well as the whole campground this would be my first choice anytime we come to this area.
